On May 25, Deputy Chief of National Development and Reform Commission Economic System Comprehensive Reform Department Lian Qihua, Deputy Director Li Chenyang and Zhang Shujia visited Yitai Chemical’s 1.2 million ton fine chemicals project. Director of Inner Mongolia Development Reform Commission Economic System Comprehensive Reform Department Jiao Tingfang, leaders of related department, Secretary of Hangjin Banner Party Committee Yun Weidong, leaders from the Group company including Qi Wenbin, Hao Xizhu, Liu Shangli, Li Juncheng, and Chairman of Yitai Chemical Zhang Jingquan received the guests.

Chairman Zhang Jingquan introduced about the construction progress of the project and explained the key technologies and equipment as well as the environment protection measures for the project.

Lian Qihua asked about the energy consumption and profitability of the project when it is run at full capacity. He also learned about the current difficulties in the project and praised the company’s active financing measures by cooperating with major finance organizations. He also showed great interest in the company’s environment protection issue which is a major concern of the country and the industry. He said that “according to the current development trend of the oil price in the international market, the project has a great potential in profitability and has an optimistic market prospect.” He also hoped that the project can be completed and put into production soon.
