Baoshan Coal Mine is located in Dongsheng Coal Field and it was officially put into production on June 1^st, 2007 after the resources integration and technical reformation. Covering an area of 24.9734 km², the coal mine has recoverable reserves of 37,410,000 tons as of December 31^st, 2017, according to the assessment of the Ministry of Land and Resources and the resources the company has consumed for the production. The coal mine has a major coal seam of 3 meters thick. The calorific value of the high quality coal produced is 5,800~6,070 kilocalorie/kg.
